Hi, I’m Bébhínn (Bay-veen)

I’m a Senior Experience Researcher and Design team leader, working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and human behaviour. My work focuses on helping organisations navigate complexity by grounding strategy and product decisions in real human needs, evidence, and systems thinking.

I’ve worked with global organisations including IBM, Workday, and Accenture, leading and contributing to research across enterprise software for HR, Supply Chain, ESG, Real Estate, and Asset Lifecycle Management systems. My experience spans mixed-methods research, design and research strategy, enterprise design thinking, and translating insight into actionable direction for product, design, and leadership teams.

Alongside industry work, I’m deeply engaged in climate and sustainability-focused initiatives. I’ve collaborated with the Mary Robinson Centre for Climate Justice, Enterprise Ireland, and the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), bringing a behavioural and systems lens to climate leadership, innovation, and communication. I’ve also contributed to education and knowledge-sharing as a guest lecturer at IADT, exploring topics such as psychology, sustainability, and design practice.

I’m particularly interested in work that sits between disciplines — where social, environmental, and technical systems overlap — and in creating spaces where teams can think more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward with intention rather than urgency.
